Darrien’s Christmas
On Christmas Darrien had fun. He got a lot of cool things such us a DVD player that plays DVDs on your laptop from Mom and Papa and a magic set with 150 magic tricks. Darrien also got a power bank from Gammer, bouncy boots from Mom and Papa, homemade smore kit complete with roasting sticks from Grandpoppa. We also got to have a Christmas Duck for dinner. Before that, though, Darrien watched several movies on his DVD player.

On Halloween Darrien had a lot of fun. We got to bob for apples, and eat doughnuts off a string. Darrien was a werewolf for Halloween. We also got to eat “shiny stuff.” It sure is Mmm. After we went inside we watched Roald Dahls The Witches. When we were watching the movie we got to eat more “Shiny Stuff”

There is no toy a child enjoys more than a cardboard box!
As we were unpacking,we had the idea to take one of the empty boxes, and cut a door and some windows in it. We thought that Darrien would have a lot of fun getting in it and peering out through the windows. We put some toy inside to encourage him to get in, but the box as a little too short for him. Well as it turns out he actually enjoyed chasing us around the box even more!
